Since 1998, Xiamen DTG Tech Co., Ltd. Has been focusing on plastic injection molding service for over 20 years. We have rich experience in working with industrial designers from all different industries. We help them optimize the design to fit for mass production and provide one stop service from prototyping to mass production. Many customers benefit from our diligent service and get successful business. We have a team working specially for the industrial designers, they can fully understand the demand from the customer and help them fulfill the product developing job, shorten the lead time from design to marketing.
After 20 years development, we have our own factory occupied 2000 square meter, 5 CNC machining centers with different scale from 800 mm traverse to 20, 000 mm, 11 EDM machines including 1 middle speed EDM and 1 mirror EDM and 10 injection molding machines with robotic arms. The most important thing is that we have a professional design team and production team. Many of them have worked in our company for more than 10 years.
We have built a long term relationship with many customer with good reputation, like Envisage Technologies from UK, Arc Intl from France, Trident Design from USA. We help them design the project, making the prototype, improve the 3D model and do the final mass production, involving in every process of the developing, we have fully understand the metal thinking and design spirit from western companies.
We will continue to improve our production process and offer better service to our customer, hope to build a long term relationship with every company visit our website.
